For both TikVideoCyborg and TikVideoPoster here is how you can get the latest versions:
1. First deactivate your license keys for both software.
Here is how you can deactivate your TikVideoCyborg License key:
Go to License, Click Deactivate Standard to deactivate standard license.
**If you have PRO and/or Deluxe you'd need to deactivate PRO and Deluxe first from the same menu then deactivate standard.**
Here is how you can deactivate your TikVideoPoster Licenses:
Click License and click Deactivate Basic License.
**If you have PRO you'd need to deactivate PRO first by going to Open PRO License Settings from the same menu then deactivate standard.**
2. Once deactivated, uninstall both software and remove them from your computer.
3. Login to your Marketro Membership account and re-download the installers for both software from your Marketro Membership area here: account.marketro.com

4. Re-install both software using the newly downloaded installers.
5. Activate both software using the same License keys and enjoy the latest versions.
