The guarantee period starts from the date and time of purchase and it does not cover renewal charges or trial products which comes without any guarantee but with a (14 day) free trial period.
To file a refund request, we need the following details and send it to us at email@example.com or generate a ticket here. If you want a refund for more than 1 product then mention details of both the products.

3. PayDotCom/WarriorPlus Transaction ID or ClickBank Order/Receipt Number
