1. After you purchase PromptMerchant, system will create a default domain for your. But you can change your domain. After you login to your dashboard, please visit "Settings" section, inside the Settings section, Please select "Domain Settings"
Inside "Domain Settings" click plus icon to create custom domain request as shown below:
2. Enter your own custom domain or sub-domain and click "Connect"
Sub-domain format should be as follows:
For your DNS Configuration, Please do NOT set up A record or CNAME. You need to add DNS Nameservers as:
ns1.promptmerchant.net
ns2.promptmerchant.net

Configure your DNS records
You'll need to setup a DNS record to point to your store on our server. DNS records can be setup through your domain registrars control panel. Since every registrar has a different setup, contact them for assistance if you're unsure.
DNS changes may take up to 48-72 hours to take effect, although it's normally a lot faster than that. You will receive a reply when your custom domain has been activated. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process to complete.
3. After you send connect request to your custom domain, you will find your requested domain as "pending" status. Please open a ticket inside https://support.marketro.com and the support team will activate your domain request. Please note that you only can request to change a domain request once.
